Third Party Review:
GSI performs third party geotechnical reviews on various projects, including proposed single-family residences in hillside areas and large residential, commercial and industrial developments. The purpose of these reviews is to evaluate if the pertinent geotechnical conditions affecting proposed site development had been analyzed by the project geotechnical consultants in accordance with current standards of practice. GSI's evaluations are based on our experience with similar geotechnical conditions and the analyses as presented in the geotechnical reports prepared for each site.
